The restaurant was under staffed, I believe because we had to wait 25 minutes before someone came. Other people were leaving. The next morning I had to find the man in the suit to seat us. We waited another 30 minutes and ended up eating somewhere else. As I looked around, other people where leaving too. Sad because I looked around and there was only 3 tables that were served at that time. Not busy at the time we came in. Grumpy looking suit guy that seated us.

The property is right on River Street with both upper and lower level access. Gorgeous views, we highly suggest getting a room with a balcony. The bed was probably the best part (bed snob here). It was so comfortable! The staff was accommodating and helpful. The cleaning staff was also great! The rooftop bar was fun, but limited menu for eating. Fantastic views.

The location of this hotel is the best in the city. The staff were so professional, beyond helpful and accommodating and Extremely kind. They went out of their way to accommodate us as our room was unavailable due to unexpected circumstances at their hotel and they more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel as your first choice. Also their breakfast downstairs was the best

The Art was beautiful the room was amazing, clean & very comfortable we loved our stay and staff was helpful friendly and everyone was so eager to help you find your way or talk about the history!

The staff was so friendly. Everyone seems happy and was helpful especially the valet! I’m picky about my sheets and bed and it was nice and comfortable! Would stay again!

Good position.Modern hotel. Rooms well appointed. Rooms are quite noisy at the front from early morning traffic. Staff excellent Good free Wi-Fi

The staff was friendly! They always asked if there was anything we needed. Great location on the Riverfront,lots of restaurants to choose from and shopping. They provided coffee and water everyday, which is nice! Rooftop was great and restaurant was nice.
